Shipping Time Frame

Manufacturing will take 3 days for standard doll and 5-7 business days for customized doll.
Shipping will take 6 days (time may vary by a couple days depending on your location).

Note: Some dolls may take up to 3 weeks (2 weeks manufacturing time and 7-12 days for shipping). You will be able to track your product at every step during the transit. Cost of Shipping We offer worldwide free shipping on any order. No hidden fees guarantee.(Some countries buyers should assist for custom clearance and pay taxes). Special Arrangements for Discreet Shipping By default, the doll will be shipped to the address you provided when placing the order. Just so you know, your anonymity is the top priority! We keep things as discreet as they need to be. Your package will be in a neutral box. There is no information on the package that will reveal the content of the item in the box. You are the only one with knowledge of the content inside the box. The following procedure will take place after you place the order:

An order confirmation will be email to you after we receive the payment
We start manufacturing your doll
Once the sex doll is ready to ship, we will send you a notification along with the tracking number
You check the shipping status with the tracking number
Item will be delivered to your home or any location that’s suitable for you.

Returns & Cancellation Cancel Order Order cancelation is only possible within the first 24 hours. The dolls will be ready for shipping after 24 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward.

Please note there is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options added. Returns All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. You will have 3 days for the replacement and 1 months warranty.

We will replace your product within 3 days after you receive it if the product has issues such as original flaws or logistic damages. You must not use the product.
We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair.
